Student Living Auckland is situated in Auckland CBD area. There are two connected student accommodation buildings on Anzac Ave and on Beach Rd, joined together with covered walkways. This gives you access to all the great facilities at both buildings! There are also onsite multilingual and multicultural staff to help you throughout the year so you will feel right at home from the moment you move in.
Both of our student accommodation facilities have been specifically designed and operated with the student lifestyle in mind. Student Living Auckland has a variety of apartments for students to choose from. Students can choose to live in from accommodation options of single studio or one-bedroom apartments or choose to share with other students in two, three and four-bedroom apartments. As in all our student housing facilities, student apartments are semi-furnished and most of them are self-contained, and students feel safe as each apartment and building operates with full security access.
Student Living Auckland offers affordable student accommodation in Auckland CBD close to several university campuses. Ideal for students looking to experience inner-city living, it’s near the University of Auckland, Auckland University of Technology, International College of Auckland, and other education institutions.
Student Living Auckland's convenient location features a combination of comfortable rooms and shared spaces. To secure your place, you need to apply directly to the Student Living Auckland. Student Living Auckland is managed by UniLodge Auckland Ltd on behalf of individual private owners. We welcome students from all Auckland tertiary education providers.
Property Facilities
Barbeque
BBQ facilities are located by the pool, on the ground level – enjoy a BBQ with your friends, or prepare dinner for one. The BBQ is electric and free for all residents to use.
Bicycle Parking
Limited bike racks are available to all the residents and are located in the carpark on basement level one. For any assistance please reach out to our friendly reception staff.
Cinema
Catch the latest blockbusters, binge your favourite series, or host a movie night with friends – all without leaving home. Our mini cinema is located in the Beach Road common area on Level 7, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whether you're after a quiet night in or a social screening, the theatre room is designed for your comfort and entertainment. Grab the popcorn and make the most of this exclusive resident perk!
Common Areas / Lounges / Games Room
Level 7 at UniLodge Auckland is your go-to space for relaxing, studying, and socialising. The floor is packed with premium shared facilities, including a comfortable resident lounge with a TV, quiet study rooms, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped common kitchen. For fitness and fun, there’s a mini gym, a refreshing swimming pool with a sun deck, and a games room to enjoy with friends. You can also host movie nights in the private theatre room or fire up the BBQ on the outdoor terrace. Whether you’re winding down after class or catching up with mates, Level 7 offers everything you need in one convenient and vibrant space.
Car Park
Limited paid carparking spaces are available please check with our friendly reception staff.
Gym and Swimming Pool
Mini GYM for UniLodge residents use is located on level one on Beach Building. Swimming pool is located in Anzac Building with outdoor space and lap pool for residents to enjoy.
Kitchen Area
Common Kitchen in Anzac building is good way to mix and mingle with other residents and it is open for all residents use and is fully equipped. It also have common fridge and freezers for food storage with security locks.
Kitchen in your apartment(s) has all the your basic essentials, including: Fridge/freezer, cooktop, rangehood and microwave oven.
Studio apartments on Anzac do not have cooktop.
Laundry
The laundry room includes both washing machines and dryers. Access to the laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day. The laundry room also includes ironing facilities. Cost is $3 per wash and $3 per drying cycle.
Library / Reading Room
Mini Library is located in Anzac common lounge and is open for everyone use. You can borrow book to read and also can donate book to the library collection. Reading room is located next to kitchen area, by common lounge in Anzac building.
Outdoor Deck
The outdoor deck for residents to enjoy after swim in the lap pool and is located in Anzac building.
On-site Staff
Our on-site friendly customer service focused staff will be available offering general assistance, counselling and partial pastoral care services- you will have someone there for you.
Photo-copying / Printing
If you need to make photocopy or print off an assignment, one of our friendly customer service staff at reception can assist-charges apply.
Public Transport Stops
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport. Quick 10 minute walk to Britomart Central Railway Station and Central bus interchange.
Retail Shops in Precinct
A short 15 minute stroll to Queen Street and the Auckland CBD including fashion outlets and micro boutiques with labels from London to Shanghai, a true global shopping experience. There is an array of cafes and restaurants to suit everyone’s taste buds.

Bedrooms Secure
With your security and safety in mind, access to your apartment bedroom in multi-share apartments is by key.
Building Security
Resident safety is number one priority for UniLodge management. The property features secure access to the building – no one can enter the building without swipe card access or in the company of a resident or staff.
All common areas have CCTV coverage for safety and security of the building.
Study Rooms
Study room is available on 7th floor.
TV
Each apartment features a 32” HD LED TV.
Vending Machines
For your convenience vending machines are located near reception, ground floor in Anzac Building and on 7th floor in Beach building.
Wi-Fi / Internet
The property features high speed Wi-Fi access throughout both buildings and in the apartments.
