UniLodge Auckland City 12–20 Week Stay Rate Terms & Conditions
- You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Auckland City to be eligible for this offer.
- The weekly rate of $472* is only valid for eligible bookings of the Studio Standard received from 05/03/2026 – 31/03/2026, unless sold out prior.
- All new residents must have paid their bond to secure the booking. Failure to pay the bond (deposit) by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. Bond fees are communicated via the offer letter and lease agreement.
- This offer applies only to a minimum lease of 12–20 weeks.
- Lease must commence on or before 31 March 2026.
- Lease must end on 26/07/2026.
- This offer is valid until 31/03/2026.
- This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- This offer is only valid at UniLodge Auckland City and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
- This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
- This offer is valid if booked via education agents, booking agents, or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
- Pricing is correct as at 05/03/2026.

Standard Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all UniLodge properties in New Zealand. They cover individual and small group applications made:
- Online via our website
- In person at a UniLodge property
- Over the phone or email
- Through the UniLodge app
- Via an approved education agent
- Or any other method accepted by UniLodge
Applications are reviewed by our team to ensure applicants meet minimum requirements. UniLodge complies with the Human Rights Act 1993 and does not discriminate on the basis of:
- Age, sex, marital or parental status
- Pregnancy, sexual orientation, disabilities, or physical features
- Race, religion, political beliefs, or personal associations
Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer, detailing next steps and payments required to secure their accommodation.
Important Notes
- All rooms are for single occupancy unless specified otherwise.
- Rates and fees on the website are indicative; the official rates in your Letter of Offer apply.
- Applicants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
- International students under 18 must apply to approved Under-18 properties only (listed on our website). Students under 17 are not accepted.
- Room type requests are not guaranteed; check your Letter of Offer carefully.
- To cancel a booking, email the property’s reservations team. Cancellation may incur a fee. Refer to your Letter of Offer for details.
- UniLodge may cancel your application if:
- The information provided is false, or
- You fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions
Contents Insurance
UniLodge offers optional Contents Insurance for residents. Check with your property for availability.
- View the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and policy details via your property.
- To opt out, email your property with your full name, room, and property.
- Check for duplication with other insurance policies to avoid double coverage.
No Visa, No Pay Policy
If you are unable to obtain a student visa:
- Before your lease starts: Email the property within 24 hours of receiving your visa refusal notice, attaching the email from Immigration New Zealand. Your lease will be cancelled without penalty.
- After your lease starts: Email the property within 24 hours of receiving your visa refusal notice. Your request to terminate your lease will be considered by the Property Manager.
Property Terms & Conditions
- All residents must comply with the rules and regulations of their property.
- Any breach may result in termination of your lease.
Cancellation Policy – New Zealand Properties
Once you have accepted a Letter of Offer, you are bound under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
- Cancellation without penalty may be possible if:
- You do not meet the student status requirement
- You cannot legally enter New Zealand
- Border closures or restrictions prevent your entry
Flight delays may allow a postponed lease start date, subject to financial adjustment. Check with the property for eligibility.
- Cancellation with penalty occurs if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Bond or rent in advance is unpaid
- Residential Tenancy Agreement is not signed
- Change of mind
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Limited-Time Campaigns
Terms for all campaigns are listed with the individual offer. Offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
Resident Satisfaction Survey 2026
- Current residents who complete the survey may qualify for property offers.
- Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- UniLodge is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from claiming an offer, except as required by law.
