Campus Houses is made up of 24 University of Canterbury-owned, UniLodge managed houses, located on the perimeter of the UC campus and halls of residence, have been allocated to student accommodation in 2024 enabling an additional 66 rooms to be offered to students in their second year of study and beyond. The houses support a more independent-style of living with UC maintained gardens and lawns, just a few minutes’ walk to campus.
Each house is fully self-contained with 2-5 bedrooms and shared bathroom, kitchen, living and laundry facilities. Rooms are single (with king single beds) or double (with queen beds).
Campus Houses are owned by the University of Canterbury and UniLodge Auckland Ltd is proud to be contracted in partnership to manage the services for the hall on their behalf. UniLodge is fully embedded in the wider University of Canterbury student support environment making connections with support services on campus as well as external services.
