Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is available to new residents, returning residents and current residents of UniLodge Wellesley Apartments who enter into a new residential tenancy agreement for 2027.
2. For new residents and new bookings where a new bond is required, the required six (6) weeks’ advance payment, comprising four (4) weeks’ bond and two (2) weeks’ rent, must be paid by the date specified in the Letter of Offer. Failure to make the required payment by the specified date will result in the booking being ineligible for this offer. Current in-room residents with an existing bond held by UniLodge are not required to make this six-week payment unless otherwise advised.
3. This offer applies to eligible fixed-term leases of more than 18 weeks.
4. Rooms are subject to availability and allocation by UniLodge and cannot be exchanged for another room within the property.
5. Pricing is correct as of 29 August 2026.
6. This offer is valid until 30 November 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
7. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
9. This offer is valid for eligible bookings made directly through UniLodge or via education agents, booking agents or referral agents through the UniLodge agent booking portal.
