Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for the $315 per week Flash Sale Offer, you must be classified as a new resident, or a current resident entering into a new accommodation fixed term agreement, at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments.
2. This offer is valid for eligible bookings in a Standard Room only. No other room types are included in this promotion.
3. This offer applies to fixed-term accommodation agreements between 30 weeks and 40 weeks in length.
4. This offer applies only to eligible bookings received between Monday, 8 June 2026 and Sunday, 2 August 2026 inclusive, unless extended, withdrawn or sold out earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
5. To qualify for this offer, all eligible residents must complete the required booking process and pay the required advance rent payment of 6 weeks, comprising 4 weeks’ bond and 2 weeks’ rent, prior to Sunday, 2 August 2026 by 11:59pm.
6. Failure to pay the required advance rent, bond and/or deposit by the specified due date will result in the resident being deemed ineligible for this offer.
7. Rooms are subject to availability and will be allocated by UniLodge Wellesley Apartments. Room allocations are final and cannot be exchanged for another room type or room within the property, unless otherwise approved by UniLodge Management in writing.
8. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit outside of the accommodation agreement, or any other benefit.
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge promotion, discount, incentive, special offer or rental concession, unless otherwise approved in writing by UniLodge Management.
11. If a resident cancels their booking, does not proceed with their accommodation fixed term agreement, or terminates/breaks their lease before the agreed lease end date, the resident will no longer be eligible for this offer and may be liable for any applicable fees or charges under their accommodation fixed term agreement.
12. This offer is available for eligible bookings made directly with UniLodge Wellesley Apartments or via approved education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
13. Pricing and availability are correct as at Monday, 8 June 2026 and are subject to change without notice.
14. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
15. Eligibility for this offer is subject to final approval by UniLodge Wellesley Apartments. UniLodge’s decision regarding eligibility is final.
