UniLodge Auckland Central - 1 Week Rent Free Offer Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident, or a current resident commencing a new contract, at UniLodge Auckland Central.
2. This offer applies only to eligible bookings that are fully confirmed by 11:59pm on 30 June 2026.
3. A booking is considered fully confirmed once the resident has accepted their offer, signed the required lease agreement, and paid all required bond/deposit payments by the due date outlined in their Letter of Offer.
4. This offer is valid across all room types at UniLodge Auckland Central, subject to availability.
5. This offer applies to leases with a minimum length of 20 weeks.
6. This offer is available for direct bookings only. Eligible bookings must be made directly with UniLodge Auckland Central via the UniLodge website, phone, email, or in person at the property.
7. This offer is not available for bookings made via education agents, booking agents, referral agents, external booking platforms, or third-party portals.
8. Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Rent Free, applied as a rental credit to the final week of their lease term.
9. The resident must complete their lease term in full to remain eligible for this offer.
10. If the resident breaks their lease, assigns their room, transfers their booking, terminates their agreement early, or does not complete the full lease term, the offer will be void and the 1 Week Rent Free credit will be forfeited.
11. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
12. This offer is valid at UniLodge Auckland Central only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
13. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been deposited, received, accepted, or confirmed prior to the promotion period, unless otherwise approved by UniLodge.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge promotion, discount, incentive, or special offer.
