Is Afterhours check in available?

Yes. If you are arriving outside of the Reception opening hours, please call us on +64 9 888 6200 or email us at mayoraldrive@unilodge.co.nz to make arrangements for your arrival.

Do I have to be an AUT student to stay in UniLodge Mayoral Drive?

No. UniLodge Mayoral Drive welcomes students from all tertiary institutions in Auckland.

Do I have to be 18 years and over to stay in UniLodge Mayoral Drive?

Yes. You would have to have be 18 years of age within Semester One.

Do I have to be a student to stay at UniLodge Mayoral Drive?

Yes. You are required to be an enrolled student during the length of your contract.

Are there any other fees required during my stay?

Yes, you would be required to pay and Application Fee and Residential Life Fee.

Are utilities and Wi-Fi included in the weekly rent?

Yes.

Is bicycle storage available?

Yes. Please enquire with Reception on your arrival.

Are laundry facilities available?

Yes. Washer and Dryers are available in the common area on Level 6. $2 per cycle. Payment to use this facility is via EFTPOS.

Is there parking available?

Parking is not available at UniLodge Mayoral Drive.

What happens if my visa is not approved?

UniLodge has a No Visa, No Pay policy. If your visa is application is unsuccessful, all funds paid during your application minus application fee is fully refundable.

Is staff available onsite 24/7?

UniLodge staff is available during Reception opening hours.

After hours staff is available should you require any assistance by calling +64 21 613 690 (this number is also available 24/7).

Is storage facility available?

No. Storage facility is not available onsite.
